Our history
Since 2007, the Wilsonton Heights Neighbourhood Centre has been providing essential services to the North West Toowoomba community, helping residents through life’s challenges and connecting them with opportunities at our purpose-built facility at 14 Wine Drive.
With funding from the Department of Families, Seniors, Disability Services and Child Safety, we’re able to offer universal access to services such as emergency relief and food assistance, financial counselling, community activities and events, and referrals to support agencies.
Thanks to our dedicated team and the generosity of our supporters, we’re proud to continue serving our community with care and commitment.

Our Social Prescribing Program
Feeling disconnected or unsure where to start? Our Social Prescribing Program is here to help.
This program is designed to support families with children between the ages of
0 – 18 years who:
- Are new to the area & seeking connections
- Feel disconnected from friends or family
- Struggle to get out or participate in activities
- Are unsure where to find the right groups or programs
- Experience social isolation or loneliness
As part of the State Government’s Putting Queensland Kids First program, we’re proud to play a role in strengthening community well-being. Through our neighbourhood centre, we’re fostering meaningful connections and helping families feel supported and included.
