Building Community Connections:
Our Social Prescribing Centre
Are you feeling isolated or unsure how to get involved in your community? Our Social Prescribing Program is here to support you.
We work with families with children aged 0–18 years and who may be:
- New to the area and looking to meet people
- Feeling disconnected from friends or family
- Finding it difficult to join in local activities
- Unsure where to start with community groups or programs
- Experiencing loneliness or social isolation
As part of the State Government’s Putting Queensland Kids First initiative, we’re proud to help strengthen community connections. Through our neighbourhood centre, we’re creating opportunities for families to build relationships, access support, and feel a true sense of belonging.
